Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. If we have any questions or concerns with your order, generally we will let you know within 24 to 48 hours.

Innocent Armor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Amazon, and PayPal. Shopify and PayPal process all of Innocent Armor’s orders. If you place your order online, we do not have access to your payment information. 

Shipping Information

Innocent Armor offers complimentary (FREE) FedEx Ground Shipping on all orders over $200. We also offer FedEx Overnight and FedEx Express Saver.  FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes so if you only have access to a PO Box, please contact us so we can make other shipping arrangements for your order. 

Please note that during the Covid 19 Pandemic we have been experiencing delays from FedEx with overnight shipping to the east coast. 

We require Signature Confirmation on all orders over $200.00 so please make sure you ship to an address where someone will be able to accept and sign for your package. 

At Innocent Armor, we pride ourselves in delivering the highest degree of customer service.  Most orders ship from our facility within 1-2 business days.  Our warehouse cut-off time is 2pm for FedEx Overnight. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking information.  

Canadian customers, please contact us for more information about shipping to your Province. Please note that we are not responsible/liable for any taxes or duty charges. 

Gift Cards 

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with an Innocent Armor Gift Card.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Back Orders

We are anticipating a large demand for our products and will do our best to keep adequate inventory.  However, since we are a new company we may, upon occasion especially at the beginning run into an out of stock situation. If this occurs, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns/Exchanges

ReturnsWe accept Returns within 7 days of delivery.  All items must be returned in their original packaging. Innocent Armor does not accept returns on clothing that has been worn. Return shipping is at customer's expense. You will be issued a refund less a 12% restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@innocentarmor.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the items. 

Exchanges: If you wish to Exchange your item for another style, size or color please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  All items must be returned in their original packaging. Innocent Armor does not accept exchanges on clothing that has been worn. Our team will inspect your return when it arrives back prior to shipping out your exchange. Return shipping is at customer's expense. 

Shipment Error:In the event that we make a mistake on your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label.

Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you. 

Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.

Cleaning Instructions

The ballistic panels are removable. 
Clean the panels with a damp cloth.
All of the carriers (garments) excluding the leather jackets have the following care instructions:
  • Ensure that hook and file fastener are in closed position
  • Automatic machine wash carrier only, using permanent press cycle and settings (Approximately 120F)
  • Use low suds detergent
  • DO NOT BLEACH
  • Carrier only may be tumble dried at medium temperature settings or may be line dried

Dry clean is the only recommended method to clean the leather jackets!

What is FitTec™

FitTec™ is custom fit technology that has a break in period of 5 to 7 weeks depending on amount of time and duration of each wear cycle. This allows the unique panel system to soften and mold to a person’s body for a custom and comfortable fit.

Are your products tested for safety?

Yes. We have documents that certify the ballistics testing done by the NIJ.

  • How do I know what size to order?

    Please refer to the sizing/measurement instructions for each item on the product’s page. For the best fit, please order your true size. If you have any questions please contact us. 

    Warranty

    All ballistic panels carry a 5 year warranty from the manufacturing date.  Failure to properly care for your carrier (garment) in accordance with the care instructions may void this warrant.  Any modifications made to our products without the explicit written permission of Innocent Armor LLC will constitute a violation of our terms and conditions and will void the warranty.
